Every flower's nectar carries its own sugars, minerals and aromatic oils. That is what sets a honey's colour, flavour and texture - not the hive, not any process, the flower alone. Monofloral means one flower did that work, start to finish.
A pale, mild honey and a dark, strong one can come from hives an hour apart - the difference is which flower was in bloom, not what we did to it.
Yes - at two tablespoons a day, in place of sugar. Across 18 trials and 1,105 people, that dose moved five markers.
Jamun - Syzygium cumini - flowers once, between [BLOOM WINDOW]. The bees work that bloom while it lasts, and what they store in those weeks is the whole year’s supply of this honey. When the flowers drop, there is no more Nerale until the bloom returns.
